This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to www.956forrent.com, and 956 FOR RENT, LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include www.956forrent.com. The Company's website is a Property Management site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

At 956 FOR RENT, LLC, we prioritize your privacy and the security of your personal information. We guarantee that any SMS consent you share with us will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law. The consent of your SMS messages will be used solely for the purposes of property management services, customer support, client communication, disclosure of rental listings information and will be protected using appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from the Company, you consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us.
